Refund & Exchange Policy

Services: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after services are rendered. If you need to cancel, please refer to the cancellation policy below.

Products: All product sales are final. Once purchased, no refunds or exchanges.

Cancellation Policy:

• Virtual Consultations: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full amount.
• In-Person Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, this will be considered a late cancellation.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

• If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, the full amount for your service will be charged. This amount cannot be applied toward future services or products.

Late Arrival

• Arriving late may affect your scheduled service. The lead esthetician will determine whether the full service can still be provided based on the remaining time. Regardless of the outcome, you will be charged for the full session. We recommend arriving on time to ensure the best experience.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

• In-Person Services: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through Vagaro.
• Virtual Consultations: Please reach out via email, text, or contact form to cancel or reschedule.

 

International/Nationwide Bookings: All appointments are scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST). Please double-check your time zone conversion to ensure your appointment time is correct.
